Terms of Service

These terms apply to everyone who uses SwapCreators. By using the site, you agree to them. Additional terms, such as escrow terms and the fees shown on your transaction summary, apply to individual transactions.

SwapCreators is an online marketplace where sellers list YouTube channels and buyers evaluate them. SwapCreators is not a party to any sale between users, does not own the channels listed, and does not act as either side’s agent, broker, or advisor.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter binding contracts. Buyers and sellers may be asked to complete identity and eligibility checks before transacting.

• Sellers may only list channels they own or are authorized to sell.
• Listing information must be accurate, complete, and supported by evidence on request.
• Sellers must disclose strikes, monetization status, material changes in performance, and anything that will not transfer.
• SwapCreators may decline, edit for format, or remove listings that do not meet these terms.
• Example listings used to illustrate the listing format do not represent real channels or offers.

• Asking for or sharing Google passwords, recovery codes, or two-step verification codes
• Misrepresenting a channel’s analytics, revenue, ownership, or standing
• Listing channels with artificially inflated subscribers, views, or engagement
• Arranging payment outside SwapCreators to avoid fees or escrow protections
• Impersonating SwapCreators or another user
• Using the service for unlawful purposes, including fraud and money laundering

Transactions are governed by these terms together with the Escrow Terms and the fees shown on the transaction summary. See also Escrow and Fees.

SwapCreators is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google. You are solely responsible for complying with YouTube’s and Google’s terms and policies in any sale or transfer. YouTube and Google may act on any channel at any time, and SwapCreators has no control over those actions.

The service is provided “as is”. SwapCreators does not guarantee any channel’s performance, revenue, monetization, audience, transferability, or future standing. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect. Questions about these terms can be sent through the Contact page.
