Ownership verification didn’t find my code
Paste the code into your channel description (YouTube Studio → Customization), not a video description, and publish the change. YouTube can take a few minutes to show it publicly, so wait a minute and select Verify again. Codes expire after 48 hours; reload the verify page for a new one.
My channel link isn’t recognised
Use your @handle link (youtube.com/@yourhandle) or your channel ID link (youtube.com/channel/UC…). Video links and older /c/ custom links can’t be used to find a channel.
I didn’t get the confirmation email
Check spam or promotions folders. Trying to log in sends a fresh link if your email isn’t confirmed yet.
Someone asked for my password or a sign-in code
Don’t share it. SwapCreators never needs your Google password, recovery codes, or sign-in codes, and neither does a genuine buyer or seller. Report the conversation so our team can review it.
